CARD DETAILS

While these are probably the least favorite card to make, it's also the best time to give a card to show you care. This stamp set, Moments of Grace, is a must have in your stamp collection. It is packed with beautiful, heartfelt sentiments to express your condolences.

I kept the card soft and simple in design. I ink blended a panel of Bristol Smooth cardstock with Antique Linen, Peacock Feathers and Mermaid Lagoon Distress Oxide ink.

Using white glitter cardstock from Simon Says Stamp, I die cut the Debra die and trimmed out the design. Then attached it to to my 3 3/4" x 5" ink blended panel using Nuvo Deluxe Adhesive. I attached my panel to an A2 size cardbase.

I chose one of the sentiments from the Moments of Grace stamp set and stamped on white cardstock with Simon Says Stamp Intense Black ink. Next, I trimmed it down using the Sentiment Label die. I attached the sentiment strip to the front of the card with foam tape and embellished with the Assorted Moonshine Sequins Mix.

I created one more card using the Moments of Grace stamp set. For the card pictured below, I ink blended Cracked Pistachio, Peacock Feathers and Mermaid Lagoon Distress Oxide onto Bristol Smooth cardstock. Then diecut using a Circle Stackables die and added to a white A2 size cardbase.

I attached a butterfly that I diecut from Champagne Glitter cardstock using the Stitching Butterflies die. I also die cut out of black cardstock the Big Friend die and the shadow layer in Vellum. Using the Moments of Grace stamp set, I added the sentiment underneath my Friend die cut. I finished off the card by adding some sequins from the Assorted Moonshine mix and applied Aqua Simmer pen to the friend die cut.

  1. OMGosh - I absolutely love your blended backgrounds, on both cards. Gorgeous colour choices! The die cut is amazing (and it has my name - it was meant for me!).
