Design Team Monday

on a Wednesday! lol.

I posted my card on Monday so this post had to wait a little.

I LOVE how this layout came out . Credit goes to my 7 yr old daughter for the idea. She wanted a layout with a rainbow and a unicorn except I forgot to add the horn.

Files used:
Rainbow from Happy Leprechaun Collection
Pony from Princess horse & carriage
Title - created myself in Sure Cuts  A Lot

Christmas in July at Little Scraps of Heaven Designs !

It's Christmas in July!
Not that I really want to think about Christmas as we JUST got rid of our snow in May, but it does help to think ahead, especially if making a lot of cards. lol.

I created this card to help you get started.

I thought this little pug was just so adorable I had to put him on a card!

Card Recipe
Stocking from  Christmas Borders
Holiday Greetings stamp from Papertrey Ink

I used a 5x7 card base on Vanilla AC cardstock.
Layered Cardstock/Patterned paper sizes:
Green 4 3/4" x 6 3/4"
Red cardstock - 4 1/2" x 6 1/2"
Patterned paper from Echo Park - 4 1/4" x 6 1/4"

Vanilla Cardstock - 1 3/4" x 2 1/2"
Green Cardstock - 2" x 3"

Design Team Monday

First I need to apologize. I have not been keeping up with my blog very often. I will try to do better!

The design team and I would like to say how much we have appreciated everyone who has joined us in our challenges.  We have decided to take a break from our challenges for the summer months and will start back up in September.

We will still be posting projects here and on the fan page every week,
so we encourage you all to keep stopping by and leaving us some love.
We also want you to continue to post your LSHD projects on the fan page!!
We love to see what all of you create!!
Thanks for being such great fans!!

For this week I created a border with matching photo mats. Perfect to whip together a layout!

I used the little girl from Outdoor Play and the title I created myself in Sure Cuts A Lot program.
